Step into the rhythms of southern Italy for a week of yoga, sea air, and slow living. Our home will be a beautifully restored 18th-century farmhouse set among olive groves and just a short walk to the Ionian sea. With white-washed walls, vaulted ceilings, shady courtyards, and breezy terraces, the Masseria feels both rustic and refined — a place where mornings begin with light filtering through old stone arches and evenings end with dinner under the stars.

Inspired by the seasonal shift, our theme for fall will always follow spaciousness and reverence. Classes will include a blend of yoga, conditioning, dance, restorative and meditation.
